Eggs have the ability to radically transform your life! For the better! I’ve never met a food source quite like the egg! Interesting looking, with a mind of it’s own, so easy going … allowing themselves to be fried, boiled, scrambled, flipped, baked, mixed in with others, dyed, hunted, juggled, the list is endless! Once they’re peeled, they will happily dance out of your hands, with an attitude like none other! And if carelessly placed on the counter top, will gleefully stroll quickly to the floor! I place them in my refrigerator in my hotel room and enjoy them between meals, saving me from eating less desirable foods!
